Registration here

The registration can be done only through one resposible person from one university. No indvidual registration per participant (except if athlete is the only one from that university).

Registration deadlines:

18.02.2019. - General registration (intention of participation of schools)
18.03.2019. - Quantitative registration (specification of the number of participants for each sport)
18.04.2019. - Individual registration (personal details about each member of the delegation: name, photo, accommodation type, arrival-departure info and etc.)

Entry fees:

Registration before 18 April 2019
SELL countries (Finland, Estonia, Latvia) -     30 € / person / day
non SELL countries (all others) -                     40 € / person / day
Registration after 18 April 2019
SELL countries (Finland, Estonia, Latvia) -     40 € / person / day
non SELL countries (all others) -                     50 € / person / day

The entry fee includes:
* participation in competitions;
* catering three time a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner);
* entrance to all competitions, SELL cultural activities and ceremonies.
 

Extra sport fee: If athlete wants to take part in several sports then for each extra sport the athlete must pay 10€ / per sport.

In accreditation each University representative has to pay up to 200 euro (depends on the size of the delegations) in cash security deposit.

Security deposit will be returned after the games.
